Our unique partnership with the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board has enriched the Call Centre Training Program by uniting occupation specific skills training with academic achievement. Through this partnership participants are able to reach their goals. They increase their marketable skills, obtain credits toward an Ontario Secondary School Diploma, and secure employment.

Industry collaboration has always been integral to the program. We not only look to contact centre businesses as partners in training during the 4-week co-op phase, but as advisors who keep us in step with the rising expectations and skills demanded of a Contact Centre Representative.
